A Leading Financial Services Group is seeking a delivery-focused Process Reengineering Specialist to join its Process Transformation Centre of Excellence in Mumbai. In this hands-on process optimization position, you will lead process discovery sessions, document AS-IS and TO-BE workflows, and identify operational bottlenecks across business operations. Furthermore, you will apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to simplify workflows, eliminate redundancies, and lower operational overhead. The Process Reengineering Specialist must combine solid experience using BPMN mapping tools with practical expertise in Excel data modeling and Power BI analytics. Working alongside process owners and technology delivery squads, you will support the deployment of RPA bots, workflow platforms, low-code tools, and AI assistants. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business process discovery, process mapping, and operational reviews across financial services lines of business.
• Design detailed AS-IS and TO-BE process blueprints utilizing BPMN and industry-standard documentation tools.
• Analyze operational performance data in Excel and Power BI to identify cost-saving and throughput-enhancement opportunities.
• Apply Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen methodologies to streamline operational procedures and reduce turnaround times.
• Support the implementation of digital automation tools, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), PowerApps, and scripting.
• Explore practical applications of AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance workflow automation and document processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to present process improvements, secure sign-offs, and track adoption.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Educational qualification: BE, BTech, MCA, or MBA from a recognized university.
• 5+ Years of professional experience in business process discovery, process mining, and workflow mapping.
• Domain experience within Financial Services (Asset Management, Banking, Finance, or Insurance) is preferred.
• Hands-on expertise with BPMN tools, advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Six Sigma/Lean methodology application.
• Solid functional understanding of RPA, low-code platforms, PowerApps, and emerging AI/LLM automation tools.
