Node React Squad Lead

A Leading Technology Solutions Firm is seeking a high-performing Node React Squad Lead to drive technical excellence and lead software engineering squads in Hyderabad. In this technical leadership position, you will assume full ownership of software architecture, modular design patterns, and fullstack application delivery using Node.js, ReactJS, and TypeScript. Furthermore, you will direct engineering standards, implement automated testing frameworks, and drive CI/CD deployment automation. Consequently, this role is essential for accelerating technical delivery and maintaining architectural integrity.

The Node React Squad Lead must combine deep hands-on programming mastery with proven squad leadership, stakeholder communication, and technical mentoring capabilities. Partnering closely with product owners, architects, and cross-functional engineers, you will resolve complex technical blockers and optimize relational databases at scale. Key Responsibilities

• Provide architectural direction, technical leadership, and hands-on coding for fullstack development squads.
• Lead the design and development of modular backend services in Node.js and modern frontend interfaces in ReactJS/TypeScript.
• Enforce clean coding standards, robust unit testing frameworks, and automated code review processes across the squad.
• Drive continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, Docker packaging, and automated release workflows.
• Design, optimize, and govern relational database architectures, indexing strategies, and complex SQL operations.
• Manage code repositories, branching models, and pull request approvals using Git version control.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, product managers, and enterprise architects to translate business roadmaps into technical deliverables.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 8-12 Years of professional IT experience with a strong hands-on track record in Node.js and ReactJS/TypeScript.
• Proven experience operating as a Squad Lead, Technical Lead, or Principal Engineer guiding development teams.
• Deep expertise in modular software architecture, microservices design, relational databases (RDBMS), and Docker.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, technical mentorship, problem-solving, and communication capabilities.
