Java Fullstack Lead

A Leading Digital Technology Solutions Firm is seeking a versatile Java Fullstack Lead to build dynamic, end-to-end web applications across India. In this dual backend and frontend engineering role, you will take ownership of developing scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot while building responsive user interfaces using React.js. Furthermore, you will build and integrate secure RESTful APIs to ensure seamless communication between client-side interfaces and core server systems. Consequently, this role is essential for accelerating digital product delivery.

The Java Fullstack Lead must combine extensive backend microservices experience with modern JavaScript and React.js UI development mastery. Working in a collaborative Agile development model, you will participate in code reviews, optimize cross-tier performance, and support cloud-native deployments using Docker and CI/CD pipelines. Therefore, the company is looking for a proactive fullstack developer who is available to join within a 30-day window. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, enterprise-grade backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and relational databases.
• Architect and deploy modular, scalable microservices that deliver high performance, data integrity, and system resilience.
• Build dynamic, responsive user interfaces and client-side applications using React.js, modern CSS, and HTML5.
• Design, implement, and document secure RESTful APIs to connect frontend components with core backend services.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy containerized applications using CI/CD pipelines on AWS or Azure environments.
• Maintain high code quality through comprehensive unit testing, automated builds, and peer code reviews.
• Work with product designers, scrum masters, and business analysts to translate user requirements into functional software.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 8+ Years of professional fullstack software engineering experience across both frontend and backend development.
• Strong hands-on programming expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and relational database systems.
• Demonstrated proficiency in React.js, modern JavaScript (ES6+), component architecture, and responsive design.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, containerization (Docker), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and CI/CD pipelines; <30 days notice preferred.
