Java Tech Lead

A Leading Technology Solutions Provider is seeking an experienced Java Tech Lead to direct enterprise backend software engineering and solution architecture across India. In this technical leadership role, you will take full responsibility for designing resilient, enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot. Furthermore, you will architect reusable RESTful APIs, build distributed microservices, and optimize systems for high availability and low latency. The Java Tech Lead must combine deep hands-on backend coding expertise with proven architectural design and team mentorship capabilities. Working closely with product managers, solution architects, and DevOps engineers, you will lead code reviews, resolve performance bottlenecks, and integrate containerized microservices into CI/CD pipelines. Therefore, the organization is looking for an analytical leader who joins immediately or within a 30-day notice period. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the solution design, architectural strategy, and backend development of enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Architect, build, and deploy secure, scalable microservices ensuring modularity, fault tolerance, and system resilience.
• Design and implement reusable, high-performance REST APIs with robust authentication and security mechanisms.
• Mentor software engineers, conduct structured code reviews, and enforce engineering best practices and coding standards.
• Identify system performance bottlenecks, execute database query optimizations, and fine-tune application runtime performance.
• Partner with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD automation pipelines, Docker containerization, and Kubernetes deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional product owners, business headers, and architects to align technical designs with corporate goals.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or an allied branch.
• 10+ Years of hands-on software development experience specializing in core Java and Spring Boot enterprise architectures.
• Demonstrated track record in designing, building, and operating microservices architectures and RESTful API integrations.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), Docker containers, Kubernetes, and automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Immediate joiner or candidate available with a notice period of less than 30 days preferred.
