Quantexa Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with banking stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for Quantexa implementations.
• Translate functional business needs into precise technical specifications, data mapping documents, and user stories.
• Ensure all solution designs align strictly with Quantexa platform architecture, entity resolution models, and scoring logic.
• Work closely with Quantexa developers and data engineers to ensure the accurate technical implementation of requirements.
• Execute functional solution validation, test case design, and structured acceptance testing prior to release delivery.
• Provide domain and technical subject matter expertise on Quantexa business analysis best practices and platform standards.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to bridge functional expectations between business users and technical squads.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6-10 Years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, with dedicated hands-on exposure to the Quantexa platform.
• Mandatory technical certification: Official Quantexa Business Analyst Certification (QTBA).
• Highly desirable: Quantexa Developer Certification (QDEA) or prior background working as a Quantexa Developer.
• Demonstrated understanding of Quantexa data models, network generation, AML/KYC workflows, and banking processes.
