A Leading Banking & Financial Services Group is seeking a dynamic AI BA & Visualization Lead at the Assistant Vice President level to join its Enterprise Data Capabilities organization. In this dual business analysis and business intelligence position, you will act as a core bridge between Business, Risk, Finance, and Technology teams to deliver enterprise data products such as Customer360 and CreditRisk360. Furthermore, you will design automated executive dashboards and reporting frameworks using Power BI and Tableau. Consequently, this role is critical for accelerating AI-enabled decision-making across global banking divisions.
The AI BA & Visualization Lead must combine deep financial domain expertise in credit risk metrics (PD, LGD, exposure) with advanced data analytics and visualization mastery. Operating within modern Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban), you will leverage Generative AI tools to automate data insights and assess the feasibility of AI initiatives. Therefore, the bank is looking for a structured analytical leader who translates complex regulatory data into actionable executive insights. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary data liaison between Business, Risk, Finance, and Technology teams to shape data product strategy.
- Analyze complex business requirements to produce comprehensive data specifications, lineage mappings, and dictionaries.
- Design, build, and maintain enterprise Power BI and Tableau dashboards for financial risk, operations, and regulatory stakeholders.
- Lead delivery of high-value enterprise data products, including Customer360 and CreditRisk360 architectures.
- Leverage AI tools for automated data insights, narrative summarization, and strategic decision support.
- Conduct feasibility, impact, and return-on-investment assessments for emerging AI and advanced analytics initiatives.
- Execute advanced SQL analysis across enterprise Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and cloud platforms like Snowflake.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or Technology; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- 8-12 Years of experience in the Banking & Financial Services sector operating as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience working within Agile delivery frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban).
- Deep domain understanding of credit risk concepts (PD, LGD, delinquency) and regulatory guidelines (Basel, CECL, IFRS).
- Technical proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, cloud environments (AWS/Azure), Python, and AI/ML models.
