Client Intelligence BA

A Leading Private Banking Group is seeking an analytical Client Intelligence BA to join its Data & AI Services division. In this key business-facing role, you will take responsibility for capturing, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to drive data-driven analytics solutions. Furthermore, you will partner with data engineers, AI specialists, and commercial teams to translate business needs into clear user stories and functional specifications. Consequently, this position is crucial for enhancing client intelligence and accelerating lead generation models.

The Client Intelligence BA must combine strong core business analysis capabilities with a solid practical understanding of data analytics platforms and agile software delivery. Working across the product lifecycle, you will perform process mapping, identify data optimization opportunities, and facilitate solution testing. Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, compile, and manage comprehensive business requirements for Client Intelligence and Lead Generation tools.
• Collaborate with business headers, data engineers, and AI technology squads to define functional analytics solutions.
• Translate complex commercial needs into granular functional specifications, process maps, and Agile user stories.
• Perform detailed process analysis to identify operational improvement opportunities and data enhancement tracks.
• Support solution architecture design, functional testing, user acceptance execution, and final system rollouts.
• Ensure the seamless delivery of Data & Analytics initiatives in alignment with business decision-making goals.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related streams.
• 8+ Years of core Business Analysis experience, with demonstrated exposure to Data & Analytics initiatives.
• Strong proficiency in requirement elicitation, process mapping, stakeholder management, and functional documentation.
• Practical experience operating within Agile delivery frameworks and collaborative development environments.
• Preferred exposure: Private Banking domains, Data & AI platforms, Client Intelligence tools, or Lead Generation models.
