Operating out of Noida, Gurugram, Pune, or Bengaluru, you will take responsibility for configuring, developing, and supporting property and casualty (P&C) insurance solutions on the Duck Creek platform. Furthermore, you will utilize advanced manuscript scripting to configure complex business rules, rating structures, and insurance forms. Consequently, this position is vital for accelerating system implementation and maintaining production stability.

The Duck Creek Developer must combine certified Duck Creek platform expertise with strong SQL Server database scripting capabilities. Working within both new software implementation projects and ongoing production support environments, you will troubleshoot complex code errors using advanced debugging techniques. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and maintain enterprise Duck Creek Policy application components on 8.x platforms.
  • Configure business rules, rating tables, transaction logic, and insurance forms using Duck Creek Author components.
  • Utilize Duck Creek components including EXAMPLE Forms, EXAMPLE Manuscripts, EXAMPLE Transacts, and EXAMPLE Express.
  • Write, optimize, and maintain SQL Server scripts, database statements, and complex stored procedures.
  • Execute advanced system debugging, problem-solving, and root cause analysis to resolve application errors.
  • Ensure software solutions adhere strictly to defined technical, functional, and service level agreement standards.
  • Support Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance product design, system integration, and production support workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams and client stakeholders to deliver quality software releases.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Educational qualification: B.Tech, B.E., or MCA degree from an accredited institution.
  • Mandatory technical certification: Official Duck Creek Certification.
  • Proven development experience operating on the Duck Creek 8.x platform.
  • Deep domain understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance products, rating, and policy administration.
  • Strong hands-on proficiency in SQL Server development, SQL scripts, stored procedures, and debugging.
