  • Assist quality assurance squads in creating functional and regression test suites to verify system design accuracy.
  • Manage centralized SharePoint directories and version-controlled knowledge hubs to support clean product rollouts.
  • Apply analytical thinking patterns to decompose abstract client requests into clear software development targets.
  • Participate in agile sprint ceremonies, tracking item velocity metrics inside the corporate project workspace.
  • Ensure total system documentation alignment with international underwriting codes and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related branches.
  • Minimum 4+ Years of experience operating as a functional Business Analyst inside a reputed technology company.
  • Minimum 4+ Years of core domain specialization across the Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance landscape.
  • Demonstrated background managing international clients and coordinating multi-vendor solution delivery setups.
