Key Responsibilities
- Drive the branch sales force to consistently achieve allocated new business target thresholds and quarterly revenue plans.
- Maintain high capacity metrics by actively recruiting, handholding, and mentoring your team of sales executives.
- Ensure all direct customer appointments and leads generated by centralized call centers are executed efficiently.
- Conduct regular joint field work and on-the-job coaching to accelerate sales velocity across your team.
- Verify that complete business metrics, sales updates, and lead conversions are entered accurately into the LMS platform.
- Achieve or exceed standalone individual self-sourcing revenue targets through personalized market networking.
- Orchestrate and deploy localized rewards and recognition (R&R) initiatives to maintain a high-performance culture.
- Partner with internal training divisions to ensure continuous learning and capability development across employee lifecycles.
- Liaise with branch operations counters to streamline client document logins and resolve data details on policies.
- Monitor local competitor activities, pricing changes, and macroeconomic indicators to execute tactical business planning.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum graduation qualification in any relevant discipline from an approved, recognized university.
- Minimum 3 – 4 years of successful professional experience explicitly within a Life Insurance Direct Sales channel.
- Demonstrated leadership history managing a direct reporting team of 4 – 8 field sales executives.
- Advanced operational proficiency using MS Excel for data analysis alongside sharp competition benchmarking skills.
- Proven tracking record meeting high-performance boundaries, specifically achieving a baseline of 85% on renewal business.
