  • Acquire net new customer accounts through structured scheduled appointments, office visits, and home meetings.
  • Track, process, and convert high-potential business leads allocated by central database systems.
  • Generate independent pipelines of self-sourced leads utilizing localized market networking.
  • Maintain flawless record-keeping, updating customer profiles and interactions within CRM and LMS engines.
  • Work closely with bank branch staff and channel counter partners to optimize referral pipelines.
  • Conduct joint sales field calls with banking associates to build consumer confidence and close deals.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell custom protection models to existing policyholder portfolios based on health needs.
  • Cultivate reliable connections with Branch Managers to ensure consistent workspace distribution alignment.
  • Ensure maximum policy persistency benchmarks and superior customer satisfaction parameters are met.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Graduate qualification in any relevant commercial or business administration discipline.
  • Minimum 6 months of active sales experience within Life Insurance, Banking, NBFC, or BFSI spaces.
  • Strong functional command of cross-selling tactics, financial products, and negotiation frameworks.
  • Fluency in local regional communication lines alongside high proficiency in the English language.
  • Mandatory ownership of a personal two-wheeler vehicle combined with a valid field driving license.
