Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a high-velocity team of 7 Field Sales Executives.
- Drive the corporate sales force to achieve assigned volume targets, quotas, and strategic revenue plans consistently.
- Provide ongoing field coaching, mentoring support, and individual performance evaluation reviews on a routine basis.
- Generate net new business pipelines independently through self-sourcing mechanisms and corporate market networking.
- Ensure high productivity levels, strict activity metrics, and premium quality benchmarks across the unit.
- Monitor shifting local market trends, competitive product modifications, and competitor field actions.
- Maintain solid, long-term customer relationships to ensure premium brand status and portfolio volume growth.
- Track outstanding client requirements and coordinate with operations blocks to shorten documentation loops.
- Formulate structured weekly pipeline reports and data-driven performance updates for regional leaders.
- Enforce absolute compliance guidelines across all field interactions to eliminate customer onboarding friction.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Graduate degree qualification in any discipline from a recognized and approved university.
- Minimum of 3 years of successful team handling experience within a direct sales or field distribution channel.
- Demonstrated history of a highly stable professional track record accompanied by consistent target achievements.
- Superb verbal communication, interpersonal presentation, and client relationship-building capabilities.
- A pristine credit and financial profile, including a mandatory individual CIBIL score of 650 or above.
