The Corporate Health Camp Manager must combine an structured process mindset with tactful, calm, and logical problem-solving strategies. Additionally, you will lead a dedicated operations team, standardizing clinical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to eradicate delivery friction. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end execution of Annual Health Check-up (AHC) programs for enterprise-scale corporate accounts.
- Coordinate directly with healthcare providers to lock in scheduling matrixes, physician setups, and report delivery loops.
- Verify all clinical test configurations are delivered precisely according to corporate-approved health packages.
- Monitor data accuracy, quality controls, and analytical turnaround times (TAT) across medical report files.
- Direct the absolute delivery loop for Pre-Employment Health Check-ups (PEHC), including appointment tracking and onboarding steps.
- Plan, structure, and deploy large-scale on-site and off-site corporate healthcare camps and custom diagnostic clinics.
- Liaise with hospital operations managers to coordinate required medical manpower, technology tools, and physical testing equipment.
- Serve as the primary client relationship interface for corporate HR and Administrative panels to handle operational escalations.
- Formulate, roll out, and standardize clinical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational consistency across branches.
- Lead, supervise, and assign individual responsibility targets to the central healthcare operations team.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in Healthcare Management, Operations, or a highly relevant management stream.
- 4 to 8 years of successful professional experience within healthcare operations, clinical management, or corporate wellness hubs.
- Proven tracking record in an SLA-driven environment, managing multi-stakeholder healthcare provider metrics.
- Expert capacity to produce data visualization tracking templates, management dashboards, and operational MIS sheets.
- Flawless interpersonal communication skills to bridge corporate expectations with medical team realities.
