Key Responsibilities
- Identify on-field healthcare operations and ensure robust empanelment of medical service providers.
- Onboard providers for outpatient care (OPD), advanced diagnostic labs, and corporate wellness modules.
- Execute extensive travel setups across regional territories, including deep penetration into tier 3 and tier 4 cities.
- Orchestrate end-to-end operational arrangements for localized corporate health check-up camps.
- Provide premium on-site escorting and operational management for corporate HNI medical cases.
- Meet directly with hospital administrators, clinical boards, and doctors to negotiate partner empanelment terms.
- Maintain highly accurate records of partner profiles using standard spreadsheet software and corporate tracking tools.
- Build collaborative cross-functional relationship patterns with internal tech, medical, and delivery units.
- Analyze operational workflow parameters to accelerate partner onboarding velocity and remove friction.
- Deliver structured weekly progress metrics updates regarding pipeline visibility to area leaders.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, or a related commercial discipline.
- Proven tracking record in business development, provider sourcing, or hospital relationship management.
- Technical proficiency in utilizing MS Office suites and cloud-based Gsuite data collaboration platforms.
- Superb verbal and written communication traits combined with strong logical problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to handle high-frequency regional field travel schedules independently.
