  • Negotiate terms and finalize formal on-boarding partnership agreements with medical practices.
  • Coordinate directly with internal supply chain units to guarantee smooth medicine delivery logistics.
  • Maintain meticulous records of daily field interactions and tracking scripts inside the corporate CRM terminal.
  • Achieve or exceed targeted monthly provider on-boarding numbers and prescription-linked revenue parameters.
  • Optimize daily beat coverage efficiency to maximize face-to-face physician interaction times.
  • Analyze local market trends and competitor practice offerings to adjust pitching tactics.
  • Utilize standard mobile applications and digital dashboards to report pipeline values to regional headers.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in Science or Pharmacy (B.Sc. / B.Pharm) is highly preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical detailing, or physician relationship management.
  • Deep structural knowledge of local pharmaceutical product groups and medical compliance boundaries.
  • Demonstrated mastery of field sales techniques, clinical detailing, and commercial negotiation patterns.
  • Thorough knowledge of local medical beats and hospital zones across the assigned territory.
