Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and book all day-to-day transactional accounting ledger fields across purchase, sales, and journal modules.
  • Compile and track detailed corporate cash flow statements and provide liquidity insights to controllers.
  • Lead the systematic operational closing of books on monthly, quarterly, and annual timelines.
  • Perform meticulous balance sheet reconciliations, checking outstanding accounts payable and receivable ledgers.
  • Execute timely bank payments and complete full bank reconciliation statements to resolve statement breaks.
  • Produce accurate monthly profit and loss statements and draft supporting corporate balance sheets.
  • Formulate structured TDS tax working papers and submit accurate TDS returns via official portals.
  • Compile baseline GST transaction registries and process monthly GST returns and calculations.
  • Ensure all structural statutory payments are finalized within legal calendar parameters.
  • Utilize advanced spreadsheet indexing and Excel models to streamline data reporting outputs.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) in Accounting, Finance, or a highly relevant financial degree.
  • 2 to 4 years of solid corporate accounting experience, preferably in banking, brokerage, or healthcare firms.
  • Expert practical command over Tally software architectures and corporate transaction entry models.
  • Hands-on operational familiarity with navigating the official governmental TDS and GST calculation portals.
  • Advanced mastery of MS Excel combined with a disciplined approach to tracking accounting parameters.
