Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end local plant recruitment drives and formal employee onboarding processes.
- Oversee daily HR operations, including time office systems, attendance tracking, and leave records.
- Coordinate directly with central units to execute seamless monthly payroll operations.
- Ensure absolute plant-level compliance with regional labor laws and industry regulations.
- Drive vibrant employee engagement programs to boost factory workforce morale and productivity.
- Administer localized performance evaluation cycles and track workforce training needs.
- Maintain highly confidential, up-to-date physical and digital employee personnel files.
- Liaise between factory floor workers, technical leaders, and corporate corporate managers.
- Support internal audit checks and handle standard HR operational documentation tasks.
- Promote corporate policy standards across shifts to maintain an ethical manufacturing space.
Requirements and Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution.
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience handling HR workflows inside a manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of statutory compliances, labor guidelines, and payroll calculations.
- Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and interpersonal coordination capabilities.
- Proven capacity to manage factory-level employee relations and multi-stakeholder expectations.
