• Develop core technical updates, executing thorough impact analysis and system architecture layout reviews.
• Coordinate across cross-functional units, matching tech changes with Actuarial and Finance data definitions.
• Review code files and construct technical testing parameters to confirm design and functional accuracy.
• Provide innovative process suggestions to optimize database application throughput and system performance.
• Serve as the second-level technical escalation point for software bugs and system error anomalies.
• Direct Group Asia product configuration scripts and handle technical regulatory reporting pipelines.
• Extract massive operational logs and manipulate data tables using advanced SQL database queries.
• Promote automated data frameworks to reduce manual administrative effort across IT functions.

Requirements and Qualifications

• B.Tech or B.E. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant branches.
• 4 to 5 years of total professional experience within a software engineering or application support domain.
• Mandatory developer experience handling Group Asia platform logic (minimum 3-4 years).
• Expert practical command over DB2 databases, SMART400 architecture, and COBOL programming.
• Comprehensive domain knowledge of Group Insurance business flows and data architectures is mandatory.
