Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute an enterprise-wide L&D strategy aligned with the bank’s long-term business goals.
- Conduct rigorous training need analysis (TNA) across branches and verticals to isolate performance gaps.
- Architect innovative learning paths, covering technical banking software, regulatory compliance, and soft skills.
- Oversee the bank’s digital Learning Management System (LMS) and maximize digital learning adoption.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a multi-regional team of corporate trainers and instructional content creators.
- Design specialized capability programs for front-line sales forces to boost field productivity and compliance.
- Liaise with external global training institutes and vendors to deliver premium leadership certifications.
- Establish clear data frameworks to measure the operational impact and business ROI of all training events.
- Formulate structured induction and onboarding frameworks to minimize early-stage employee turnover.
- Manage the central L&D operational budget, ensuring optimized allocation across branches.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 12 to 15 years of professional experience in training and capability development within the BFSI sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital learning methodologies, LMS platforms, and instructional architecture.
- Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and relationship-management skills across all leadership levels.
- Strong data-driven mindset with the capability to map learning progress against corporate target shifts.
