Tableau Architect

Furthermore, you will oversee the Tableau server environment, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability. Consequently, this position is vital for transforming large-scale data into high-impact executive dashboards and strategic reports.

The Tableau Architect must bridge the gap between backend data engineering and frontend user experience. Additionally, you will lead the development of visual standards and best practices across the organization to ensure consistent data storytelling. Therefore, the consultancy is looking for an expert with over 8 years of experience in BI architecture. Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end Tableau solutions, including data sourcing and dashboard design.
• Manage Tableau Server/Online environments, including site administration and permissions.
• Optimize dashboard performance and tune complex SQL queries for fast data retrieval.
• Develop robust data models and extracts to support high-concurrency visual analytics.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure seamless integration of diverse data sources.
• Establish and enforce visualization best practices and organizational branding standards.
• Lead technical training sessions and provide mentorship to BI developers and analysts.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data security and compliance with client policies.
• Implement automated data refreshes and monitor system health and uptime.
• Translate complex business requirements into intuitive and high-impact visual stories.

Requirements and Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech or Master’s in Data Analytics or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, with at least 4 years as a Tableau Architect.
• Expert proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and advanced SQL.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior executive stakeholders.
