Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end operational workflows for global insurance valuation and reporting projects.
  • Ensure the highest levels of data integrity and accuracy in all technical work products.
  • Coordinate with actuarial teams to prepare data inputs for Prophet or other modeling software.
  • Lead the preparation of management reports and regulatory reporting packs for global clients.
  • Monitor project timelines and resource allocation to ensure 100% SLA adherence.
  • Implement quality control measures and conduct peer reviews of analyst work products.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in operational processes through automation and re-engineering.
  • Act as a primary liaison between the Indian delivery center and global client teams.
  • Mentor junior analysts and facilitate technical training on insurance operations.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation for all operational and reporting processes.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Graduate or Post Graduate in Commerce, Statistics, or Actuarial Science.
  • 4 to 7 years of experience in Insurance Operations, preferably within a global service center.
  • Strong technical proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced) and data management tools.
  • Basic understanding of actuarial concepts and insurance product lifecycles.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks.
