Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit high-potential Business Associates and Insurance Advisors.
- Manage the recruitment and training lifecycle to build a pool of Premier Advisors.
- Achieve or exceed monthly New Business Premium (NBP) and advisor activity targets.
- Coach and mentor advisors in the field to help them close complex insurance sales.
- Drive a profitable product mix as per the company’s strategic business requirements.
- Ensure high persistency by overseeing the collection of modal and renewal premiums.
- Monitor and review the performance of reporting managers and advisors regularly.
- Implement risk mitigation and contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
- Ensuring strict compliance with IRDAI guidelines and internal company processes.
- Participate in area-wise business development activities and local sales campaigns.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Graduate or Post Graduate in any stream.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Life Insurance Agency Sales or Distribution.
- Proven track record in advisor recruitment, team management, and sales achievement.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and motivational skills.
- Thorough understanding of the life insurance regulatory environment.
