Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the successful delivery of global Workforce Management (WFM) and HR technology projects.
  • Lead process design workshops to identify operational gaps and propose strategic recommendations.
  • Oversee project staff plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on UKG (Kronos), providing hands-on guidance to project teams.
  • Drive innovation through the implementation of automations and conversational AI bots.
  • Manage senior stakeholder relationships and ensure client satisfaction targets are met.
  • Participate in sales proposals, estimations, and pricing for new HR technology business.
  • Mentor and coach junior associates to build internal technical and professional capabilities.
  • Develop comprehensive training materials and lead “Train the Trainer” sessions for global rollouts.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to risk management plans and change control protocols.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field is highly desirable.
  • 15+ years of proven experience, with at least 5 years specifically in UKG WFM (Kronos).
  • Strong design and architecture experience in WFM, Payroll, and Time/Labor systems.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven track record of leading large, disparate teams in a global delivery model.
