The Stores & Inventory Manager must maintain 100% accuracy in stock records through regular physical audits and ERP management. Additionally, you will coordinate with the Procurement and Logistics teams to optimize lead times and storage capacity. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials.
- Maintain 100% inventory accuracy in the ERP system and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Ensure strict compliance with GMP, GDP, and occupational health and safety (OHS) standards.
- Manage storage conditions, specifically for temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical ingredients.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and implement efficient stock rotation (FEFO/FIFO) practices.
- Collaborate with the Quality Control (QC) team for sampling and release of raw materials.
- Manage a team of warehouse staff, ensuring high productivity and adherence to SOPs.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery of finished goods.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives in warehouse handling and storage processes.
- Maintain comprehensive records of material movements for regulatory and audit purposes.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Graduate / MBA in Supply Chain or Logistics Management.
- 8 to 12 years of experience in store/warehouse management within the Pharmaceutical sector.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical storage regulations and GMP standards.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle) for inventory tracking.
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
